Project Outcome Training Workshop: Tools for Measuring Patron Outcomes

Tuesday, March 20, 2018, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pennsylvania Convention Center, 108 AB

At this FREE full-day workshop, a trainer will facilitate the planning process for implementing outcome measurement using Project Outcome tools. Participants will learn how to deploy the Project Outcome standardized surveys in their library, collect and use resulting data, and leverage the project’s support network to ensure successful adoption. Join a cohort of public libraries interested in implementing Project Outcome to drive change, influence decision making, and demonstrate the impact of their programs and services.

At the end of this session, participants will:

1: Understand what Project Outcome measures and how to use the online toolkit 2: Be ready to meet their identified outcome measurement goals that align with their library's strategic plans and community needs 3: Be able to implement best practices for using outcome data for programmatic changes, decision-making processes, and advocacy

The session organizer(s) identified this session as appropriate for:
Level 1: People with no previous knowledge of the topic.
