I am the Data Analyst at Richland Library and have been working on building dashboards for management and administrators to use. These dashboards have allowed staff to view data in a digestible way and make meaning for conclusions about the success of our various initiatives.

An experienced project manager, Sarah Sawicki joined Richland Library in 2012 as Virtual Services Project Manager and has been championing the 11-location system ever since. Now serving as Planning and Projects Director, she guides cross-functional teams through human-centered design to plan new and improved products, services and spaces. She advises other staff serving as project managers on strategic initiatives, measures outcomes with the help of the system?s new data analyst.
Sarah Gough, Programs and Partnerships Librarian

As Richland Library?s Programs and Partnerships Librarian, Sarah Gough coordinates and supports adult programming system-wide, and works with community organizations to strategically advance the library?s mission of serving our diverse community. She works on several special projects addressing civic engagement, social justice, and literacy, and is author of Serving Grandfamilies in Libraries: A Handbook and Programming Guide. A 2017 ALA Emerging Leader, Sarah is a military spouse and mother to Alex (3) and Vivian (1).
